Refund & Exchange Policy
- If you believe you have purchased a faulty Item you may be eligible to exchange your item.
- A fault is a manufacturer error and does not include accidental or intentional damage.-Item/s without evidence of a fault or defect cannot be accepted.
- Please submit the form below within 7 days of your purchase - (note* Returned item/s without authorisation code cannot be accepted).
- Upon inspection if deemed faulty your item/s will be replaced with the same product. (note* Any product not in it's original condition/packaging e.g Worn, will be rejected)
- Registered post is recommended for returning your goods as unfortunately Sinisterstore cannot take any financial responsibilty/costs incurred during shipping or incase of misplaced/lost items. Once returned to our premises safely Sinisterstore will be more than happy to cover return shipping costs.
- No refunds or change of mind exchanges.
