If I sign up as a Sinister Store member can my information be viewed by anyone?

Your information is stored on a highly secured/tested & verified database, and cannot be viewed, shared, sold or accessed by any person/s, systems or 3rd parties.

What if I want to purchase a product but don't have a credit card?

Sinister Store offers Electronic Funds Transfer so you won't miss out on any of the latest gear.
Note: Some banks may take up to 24 hrs for the transferred amount to clear. Your purchase will be dispatched immediately after correct amount is cleared. You will receive a courtesy email regarding time of dispatch.

I work during the day, will my parcel be safely delivered to my home address?

Every parcel that Sinister Store sends must be signed for on delivery. Please provide us with a work or day time address to avoid you incurring 2nd delivery charges. Sorry no PO boxes accepted.

When will my order be delivered?

All items you see at Sinister Store are in stock and ready to be delivered. Sinister Store aims to ship your item within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Note: If an item/s becomes unexpectedly out of stock you will be notified by email immediately.

I’ve never used my credit card online will my personal information and numbers be safe?

YES! Here’s how it works so you know exactly what’s happening:
1. You pay for your item in the virtual cart with your credit card (card number, expiry & CCV number)
2. Sinisterstore sends your CC information to our safe & secure payment gateway (a virtual EFTPOS machine).
3. The merchant processor verifies/validates & cross references your information.
4. If approved credit decision is sent back to payment gateway.
5. Sinisterstore receives approval to its shopping cart.
6. Transaction is finalized
7. You, the customer will receive your final message saying that the purchase is approved.
Although this process seems long it all happens within milliseconds. Credit cards are processed in real time.

Will you keep a copy of my credit card details?

No, Sinister Store cannot see/file or save your credit card details.

What is a CCV number?
|

CCV number is the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card.
